Admissions Process
We are delighted that you are considering Priory School Edgbaston for your child.
At Priory School, we pride ourselves on being a very family-orientated school that seeks to nurture our students first and foremost but also pursue academic excellence for each of them. Our small class sizes and the benefits that this brings, allows us to offer a deeply nurturing environment in which all pupils achieve because they feel a strong sense of belonging.

Step by Step Guide to our Admissions Process
1. Get in Touch with us
Our Admissions Team is on hand to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process. You can register your interest by completing the Registration Form or by emailing: admissions@prioryschool.net or calling us on 0121 440 4103, and we will get back to you.
2. Visit Us
We invite you to join us at one of our upcoming Open Events, details can be found at: LINK . We also strongly recommend that you join us for a Personal Family Tour, this will give you the opportunity to visit us on a normal school day to see us ‘in action’. Our Admissions Team will arrange this at a time convenient to you.
3. Registration
We ask families to complete our registration process, prior to us arranging taster days for your child. This simple process requires you to complete a Registration Form, if you haven’t already, and pay a one-off Registration Fee (non-refundable) of £60 (incl. VAT).
4. Join us for Taster Days
Once you have registered, we will book two taster days in for your child. This gives your child the opportunity to get a feel for what it is like to be a pupil at Priory and a member of our wonderful school community, meeting teachers, future classmates and experiencing what a typical day at Priory has to offer. During these two days with us, your child will be assessed, allowing us to understand where they are academically and ensuring they can access the curriculum, and is not a process they or you should be worried about.
5. Offer and Acceptance
Our offers are made following the taster days and assessments. Our Admissions Team will get back to you quickly with a formal offer letter, which you will receive via email and post. To secure the offer, we require you to complete the acceptance form and pay the Acceptance Fee/New Starter Deposit.
Our Admission Team will be on hand to guide you through the joining process to make sure your child’s transition to Priory School is seamless and enjoyable.
