YEAR 4 RAP TO THEIR FRIENDS

Pupils from Year 4 created a RAP about the school in their music lessons and presented it to their fellow pupils in the end of term assembly.  We think it is so good we would like to share it with you:

We're walking and running can't be late

Hurrying along 'cos school is great.

Our teacher is Miss McLoughlin she really is kind

Giving us lots of homework but we simply don't mind.

History is a mystery, it's fun to learn.

Going back in time gives us quite a turn.

Mrs Barker and Ms. Gallagher are experts at charts

But the lovely Mrs Walker is fantastic at art.

PE and Music are fun to do

but the best thing of the school day is playing with YOU!

Our History Lesson with year 8

One day this term, we were taught History by pupils from Year 8. The lesson was really good! I learnt some interesting and unusual facts.  For example,  I didn’t know that men wore tights on their legs!

We had three activities and one of them involved watching a video about the Tudors and answering questions on the video. Another activity was to find the differences between modern life and Tudor life - I was good at that!

In the end, we all got a sticker and I would love to have them teach us again.
